How Can the I-K Synod Help?

littledoveThe I-K Synod Conflict Management Committee, established in 1991, is available to address the needs of congregations in conflict.

littledoveMembers of the committee, both pastors and laypersons, are trained to use a model proven successful in many congregations.

littledoveCommittee members serve as consultants for churches that request assistance from the synod.

littledoveThe committee provides proactive educational events in conflict management throughout the synod for church members and leaders.
