Tour de Revs to arrive in Indianpolis 100 Days for Hunger and Wellness

The Tour de Revs, a unique undertaking by three West Virginia pastors serving the ELCA, will be stopping in Indianapolis on May 15, 2009. The public is invited to come and view the custom-made triplet bicycle constructed from bamboo that is their means of transportation as they cross the country on a mission to promote wellness and to do their part to alleviate world hunger.

While they are in Indianapolis, they will be making a presentation on the issue of hunger and on how people at all levels can get involved in helping solve the problem.

Their website www.tourderevs.org offers details of their journey and offers a way for people to donate directly to the ELCA’s World Hunger program or other programs aimed at the same issue.
