There will be one winner in each of two categories for this contest: individual and congregational. The winning videos, as well as other submitted videos, will be shown at the 2010 Synod Assembly as "Mission Moments."
A few specifics:
- Each video must have a maximum length of 90 seconds; minimum length of 30 seconds.
- Content must be totally original. Note: Hymns in the Lutheran Book of Worship (LBW) or the Evangelical Lutheran Worship (ELW) that are copyrighted material may not be used.
- Contestants under18 years old must have parents or guardians sign a release form.
- This contest is only open to Indiana-Kentucky Synod, ELCA, congregations and members.

From April 5 through April 19, all valid entries will be available for viewing through links on the synod Web site. Anyone may watch the videos and then proceed to a link where he/she can rate the videos. The top ten in each category (congregation and individual) will be determined by the ratings. Those videos will be reviewed by three judges who will choose winners based on:
- Creativity
- Ability to inspire
- Interpretation of the 2010 I-K Synod Assembly theme
- Popularity
The winners will be announced at the 2010 Synod Assembly on June 4-6, in Covington, Ky.
