Celebration of Ministries
(Formerly known as Festival of Booths)        

Space limitations and concern for the focus of synod assembly do not allow for all who desire to do so to have booths/displays as part of the Celebration of Ministries (formerly known as the Festival of Booths). 

Priority is given to synod committees and other synod entities, institutions and ministries directly related to or supported by the synod and churchwide ministries.  Others, including congregations of the synod and other ministries, may request booth space as available.

  The Synod Assembly Planning Team has the responsibility for determining the appropriateness of a particular group having booth space. 

Reservation requests for booths must be submitted to Pastor Bill Gafkjen no later than April 18, 2008. 

Reservation request forms are available from the synod office and may be downloaded through the synod’s web site (www.iksynod.org).
