Assembly Packet Information

Materials for synod assembly packets should be sent to:

A copy of any materials to be considered for the 2007 I-K Synod Assembly packet must be sent to Pr. Bill Gafkjen at the I-K Synod office by May 7, 2007. If approved, 800 copies must be sent to Grace Lutheran Church (see address below) by May 25, 2007.

The Indiana-Kentucky Synod Council policy is:

The Indiana-Kentucky Synod Assembly Information packet may include material regarding ministries affiliated with the ELCA, as well as other organizations of interest or concern to the voting members of the assembly. All materials to be included in this packet shall be reviewed and approved by the Secretary of the Indiana-Kentucky Synod, in consultation with the Bishop.

Please also note that the deadline for annual reports to be included in the Bulletin of Reports (assembly binder) is March 1, 2007. Reports received after this date will be distributed at assembly registration.
